It also includes 5 grams of BCAA’s. I like to drink this for my breakfast (Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Flavor). I also like the fact that it only has 5 grams of carbs, where 1 of those grams are fiber. 4 net carbs is low carb in my opinion, so I can drink it when I’m cutting.
